Restoring the Economic Power of Americans

Polarization is the problem...

both between the political left and right, and between the private and public sectors. Government is not the enemy of business, and left is not the enemy of right. Each side needs the other, because it is when we engage each other that we find the best answers. We must, however, all start from the premise that the national interest lies in doing first, and foremost, what is best for the overwhelming majority Americans: the middle-class. Not only must we remain steadfast in our commitment to them, but also in our commitment to help those who are struggling rise up into the middle class with good jobs and real opportunity.
